Bad service

My parcels were collected on Thursday and on Friday I received an email regarding one of parcels that it "won't be delivered due to only 2 of the 3 items has been received in Kathu, we will attempt another delivery as soon as short piece is received or on the date the receiver requested. So my question is how long my parcels are going to kept while waiting for shot piece to be received?

Then on Monday I received another email stating that this particular parcel is out for delivery, later I received an email that the same parcel will not be delivered due to the same reason I stated above. Mind you there were other parcel that was going to the same area and it was delivered, so I'm not sure what's the challenge for this particular parcel to be delivered.

So Kathu branch how do you deliver one parcel n the same area and fail to deliver the other one. You were there already so what you saying doesn't make sense.

Now I'm going to struggle to get payment from my clients due to late delivery that is caused by you. You are not reliable Kathu branch at all. Your service is bad.
