Bad service!!!!!

I am having such an issue with trying to get them to help me unlink my card from the retailor when in fact this card was linked to them when I uploaded some credit for the Pudo service. Absolutely unhelpful chats on whatsapp and the phone which needs further "escalation". Why is my card being linked to the account without my authorization?????????????
