Bad Service

I booked a collection last week Monday 5 December 2022 with Courier Guy, today is the 10 December and I have no communication with Courier Guy Witbank. The telephone just rings. No one is getting back to me and I am loosing business. This is really unacceptable. I paid for a non service.
