BAd service

I am waiting for a parcel for more than a week; when i call the call centre. The operators are rude; unhelpful, do not come back to you wheh the put you on hold or they disconect the call. we requested for the driver to call us when he is delivery and that never happens. I need my parcel and no one can advise me when i will be getting my parcel. i am still waiting for a mangeer to come back to me. If this parcel goes missing i will want them to refund me for the parcel and the courier costs
