Bad service

Worse service ever from Nelspruit Hub, I took a day off from work when they sent me an update that the driver is out for delivery, he didn't arrive or even try to call me, the same thing happened again the following week still even if I asked for the Driver's contacts. They keep on updating "NO ACCESS" in their system. Now I waisted my 2 days off from work for nothing.
