Bad service

I have been having issues with courier Guy for the last few deliveries. On Wednesday 2nd December 2020 I had phoned courier Guy harrismith and logged a a pick-up of a parcel which needed to be picked up on Thursday morning 3rd December 2020. When I called this morning Friday for December 2020 I was told that the parcel was not picked up. I had phoned courier Guy harrismith and asked for the parcel to be picked up this morning. At 12 p.m. I got a phone call saying that the driver had only come to pick up the parcel now and the person whom the parcel had to be picked up from hand Prior arrangements. This was a big inconvenient for me as well as my supplier. But this has not been the first time that courier Guy had done this to me.
