Bad Service

Courier Guy in Ladysmith have always given good service. But they have gone down hill. They NEVER answer their phones and they say they dont have enough staff. I have phoned from outside while the office is full of staff, doing nothing and they still dont answer the phone. They also promise to collect on a certain day. But NEVER do.

I went in physically during the day and the gate was locked. And the one staff member just stated at me. There are numerous people that I have spoken to and they are having the same problem. The staff are continually lying to us and always covering themselves with a lie. We have decided not to use The Courier Guy any more.

This needs to be sorted out.
