Bad service

I am so dissapointed i have been receiving emails since morning about my parcel being deliverd today and waited the whole day and nothing came only to receive an email now at 17.01 to say i have moved from my place where i have been waiting for the parcel and yet they have my email and phone number and nobody botherd to call me and i need the parcel like yesterday.The service is so dissapointing.
