BAD SERIVCE AND FALSE CLAIMS

I did an overnight courier with these people with the help of my nephew who works for them, firstly they did not deliver overnight but 2 days later, I needed my ID to board a flight back to Johannesburg, this cost me my flight and extra money to take a bus back to Johannesburg, now they are asking me to pay R165 to get my ID back and threatening to fire my nephew if I do not pay the amount. The ladies who call are rude and don't know what they talking about, they said if I don't pay they will take my ID to charity??????????
