BAD QUALITY SERVICE

We have worked with the Courier Guy since the start of our business and we were very happy with their services. Since lockdown their services just went downhill that resulted in our business losing a lot of clients. They don't pick up orders in time and now they refuse to add insurance to our packages because we have the" incorrect " packaging?? (We own a hair extension business) Now we have been told we need to purchase brand new boxes for each client to package the extensions in? This also is no where to be found on their website and they are always offline! Absolutely shocked! Will never recommend anybody or any business to make use of this service! Have read on their social media pages that there are many clients with the same issues and they don't bother to assist !
