BAD Phone manners

It forces me to give a one Star at this point you deserve no stars. I am unable to use my online account at all. When I phone to explain the accounts is on hold on my side and I can't log in they keep telling me the account is not on hold. They then go as far as PUTTING THE PHONE IN MY EAR DOWN!! cause they can't help me even though I have send a screen shot to there IT department. I have offered that they log into my account and also see for them self that the account is not working. I have been phoning every single day this entire week. With no success.
