BAD NO SERVICE COMPANY>

The worst experience I have had by far.

I used to sing their praises. I have had 1 parcel crushed and contents broken if though it was packed properly with FRAGILE stickers on it.

Another parcel still has not reached its destination 9 days after being sent.

Another parcel is just not collected as an overnight parcel.

PEOPLE THESE ARE NOT GOOD COURIERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS AND COULD NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PARCELS.

I wont even talk about the boksburg branch where it takes 3 people to fill in one weighbill and assist one customer with one parcel. Then they take their time to do this as well while chit chatting to each other.

When you ask for the branch manager he comes out all laxydazy with a cup of coffee in his hand.

This is the type of people working with your stuff.
