Bad if this is their overnight???. Way to expensive

First i ask courier guy to pick up a machine in Despatch and bring it to Modimolle. They said it would be R1050.00. when i went to local centre they say its now R7000.00. I said no way, the parcel isn't even that value. They brought it down to R2000.00. Second, i ask them to pick up a parcel in Roodepoort and gave the measurements and weight. I made a immediate payment of R236 to them asd ask for a door to door overnight delivery. And paid for it. They picked up the parcel on 16 Desember. Today because its a overnight i went to them and ask where is the parcell. They told met i have to pay another R195. Before they will deliver. I paid the R195 with eft immediate payment. Its 14H00.
