Bad horrible couriers

The courier guy service has gone from bad to absolutely unacceptable. They have dropped countless parcels of mine and of other friends I know. We are all so fed up now. Even when insured they refuse to pay andnhave a horrible attitude. Now just yesterday again they have lost a package one of 2 boxes that was supposed to be delivered together only the one was delivered... I am fed up. Please dont ever use them .. ever...
