Bad experience with courier guy

Had a very bad experience i went to courier guy centurion last week Tuesday to send my house hold items to Eastern cape i had 13 boxes the lady u helped me was very unfriendly gave me bad attitude asking me am i going to pay for all of these items, i tried to ask her is she questioning my affordability she kept quiet following day they called me to let me know that the track that transported the things was involved in an accident all my this were ******,later on they called me to say they only managed to recover 6 boxes out of 13😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
