Bad Experience The Courier Guy

I sent a 25L container Soap from Paarl The Courier Guy depot o a client in Busch river mouth, Eastern Cape. They promised to deliver the following Tuesday morning. Tuesday we enquired about the delivery. The reply was, it is in Gqeberha and it will be delivered. Once again I rep**** per email(the telephone is out of order for almost a week) it is unacceptable. They then said the container was damaged, the damage department will contact me. No one contacted me. I went to see them and they say it was sent by own risk and no responsibility taken for sending liquids. The person helping me did not mention it to me, either every parcel been sent is for the senders risk. How on earth can they get away with it, At least they can refund me!! This is really a bad experience and it is not recommended doing bussiness with The Courier Guy. There are plenty other Courier companies much more helpfull.
