Bad Experience and ****** items

I'm not happy with courier guy I sent a box with items worth over R4000 only for them to open my box, change the box and ***** some of my items.I've been using The courier guy for over 5 years with no bad experience. I'm not happy at all I tried chatting with thm I'm still waiting for feedback.The Courier guy is gonna loose customers because of their employees.
