Bad driver service from Jackie

Good afternoon It’s Lebogang Namane here

I received notification that Courier driver has arrived , I went outside to look but there was no driver . I directly called back the driver Jackie and he told me it’s not his problem his left already I should wait . Later I speak the ops manager and he states that the driver Jackie said I called him stupid . As I am sitting with my husband our call was only 2 minutes no offensive language used nor did I see the driver . Unfortunately still have not received the parcel
