Bad delivery service

I was supposed to get my order on the 30th of Jan 2026, got confirmation that my order has been shipped. After 10 mins I got an email saying order is on hold. When I chat with their team they say I will get my order tomorrow the 31st of Jan 2025 since the driver has left the depot for the afternoon deliveries. I am so disappointed.
