Bad Delivery Service.

We have had 3 instances whereby we had to apologize to clients regarding the parcels we have sent, 1st occasion, we sent out 2 buckets of bicarbonate of soda and the client only received 1, when we contacted the support team they told us they will make a follow up and we never received any assistance, on the 2nd occasion our parcel got lost, they told us they found the locker empty and once again they said they will do a follow up, we called multiple times still we didn't receive any assistance, on the 3rd occasion we again we sent our 2 buckets of bicarbonate of soda and our client received only 1 bucket.

The service we keep on receiving we are not pleased at all.
