Bad customers service

One of my parcel went missing I reported the matter to the courier service so is my client whom I was sending the parcel to so since Friday we've been waiting for the reply from them them they said they are looking into a footage,how long does it take to look at the footage no one is saying anything to us,me and my client are the ones who send emails,which we end up not getting the email back.
