Bad Customer Support
I have used PUDO a few times with minor issues which were all resolved. However, with my last package there was a problem and for 3 days I have been given numbers to call and people to talk to, but to no avail. I require urgent attention in resolving this matter. I have an unhappy customer waiting for his delivery. My waybill number is LOCK371506

06 Dec 2021, 10:53Problem was resolved by my own efforts and numerous calls. I sincerely hope it won't happen again because Pudo is actually a great way to send parcels.
