Bad customer sevice/wrong package received

I recieved a delivery the other day and noticed that it had the wrong name on the box. I called courier guy and they were of no help. Making it seem as if it's my fault they delivered the wrong box to me and on top of that the lady on the call was absolutely rude and told me that I just book and pay again for a mistake they made...Did they not see the name and waybill at the hubs or are they just working in such a nonsensical way and then blaming their clients for their mishaps. I am every displeased and I hope they better their services. 😠😡 If I can receive any better help from the company,please contact me on ***.
