Bad Customer Service - Full one year

I started using The Courier Guy when I was in Rosslyn, and I was happy with the drivers. Most of them were friendly and flexible.

But when I moved to Amandasig, then the problem started. When I get an order online to be collected by The Courier Guy I get anxiety because even though online they schedule collection time, the driver is never on time. Why should I schedule times that aren't available.

I have never seen such an unhappy employee, no hi when he collects, no thank you, no smile at all. Always grumpy.

Today, I just asked for few minutes because of personal reason, and he straight told me they are not allowed to wait on the client. He was here to collect at 15:35 and by 15:38 I made a call to say make a u-turn I am now done with my business. Instead he said No.

This is bad customer service and I have had it for over a year living here from 2025 February. At first I thought it was just once off, now I am convinced there is lack of customer service training on this side of town.

I am disappointed with The Courier Guy rules (if that is true) of "Don't wait for the client even a minute"

Please give a few minutes to your clients to make way out, rather than say not even a minute of waiting is allowed.

If the driver is not acting according to company policy, train him what is acceptable waiting time. Now I have to reschedule my day tomorrow for something I don't know.

Why leave when the parcel is ready but someone is held up just for a minute or so and drive the distance only to come back the same distance, i am sure its uneconomical for The Courier Guy and also unreasonable to the customer.

But the whole year of bad service is telling me this is not only company policy issue.
