Bad customer service👎

I would like to express my bad service from The courier guy Depo in George. I asked them to collect my parcel in Natchem at Edenvale. Its only 3 boxes however for some reason they have two boxes here in George and the other was delivered in Oudtshroon. I spoke to Marion and she is telling me I can only get my parcel Monday afternoon. I'm not taking that nonsense I'm also running a business like them.
