Bad Customer service

My wife is expecting parcel from the courier guy in Middelburg Mpumalanga, the parcel is delivered at wrong address, she called and was informed they will return the call they are calling the driver that was 30 minutes after delivery and now is 2 hours worse part they don't answer their call. I even called Head Office hoping to get help but they also not answering the calls, so unprofessional. If HO does this the branches will follow. Before using the service of The Courier Guy this twice, you want best in courier think GlobeFlight 24/7/365 they are the best.
