Bad Customer Service - Courier Guy

Good day

I am very frustrated with Courier guy services, I changed the address on the 26 December 2025, for the shipment to be rerouted, it's been hell for me calling every day and emailing, today it's day 9 and still they do not even know where the parcel is, they've been giving me a round for 9 days. Their operations managers are so useless and so *********** it's disturbing, they don't care at all. They're replying with wrong information and not attending to the problem.

Im tired of calling and emailing back and forth. I need assistance with getting this resolved.
