Bad customer service

I had a shipment from Ermelo to Nelspruit. On the 2nd of May, I tracked my parcel and saw that it was out on delivery. Around 17:19pm, my parcel was at return to the Hub. I never received a call from the driver nor did the driver come to my work place.

I called in the morning on Saturday to nelspruit office, spoke to a lady trying to explain my issue. The lady was rude, telling me that the driver came back to the hub at 18:30 or something like that, I tell her that when I check on the website it said 17:19 my parcel was return to the hub. I tell her I was at work till 17:30 nobody came nor did they call. She kept telling me that they will deliver again on Monday. I did tell her she was rude and I asked if I can collect it myself and she didn't tell me which office to go. Just said they close at 13:00. So I went to fetch my parcel myself, went to the office at the Grove only to find out I was not at place my parcel was at. Had to go to the second location.

I use the courier guy with no issues but what I experienced today was nonsense. The lady was plain rude
