BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a problem at the pudo locker on friday morning I'm still waiting on them to get back to me and it seems like my parcel is going to get lost or ******.

They keep sending me from the one to the other person no one can give me an answer or assist me, I've been using courier guy almost everyday but this is the last for sure !!!!!

They do not want to help but quick to grab your money.
