Bad customer service (Auburn Trout)

I have had the worst experience with the operating manager of the Cape town branch Auburn Trout who has avoided my calls for over 2 months for a delivery package that was left on my property by the driver without anyone signing for the package which resulted in my dog ripping the package apart. Auburn kept referring the matter to Jhb which did not resolve anything. Auburn Trout kept telling me he will get back to me on the matter which he did not on many occasions.. When calling the Cape Town branch, they ask me what's my name so they can inform Auburn who is on the phone which then results in my call not being answered and I'm told he's not available. It's the worst service I've ever experienced with customer service from management.
