BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF SUPPORT

I am so sad as I write this, we have two weeks of low productivity due to TCG system migration.

What causes more frustration is one receives no help even after emailing the relevant department.

Today-12 September 2024, we are unable to login. I reported, followed up and followed advice. Nothing helps.
