Bad customer service

I order my kids cloths from Refinery two days back, on the delivery comment i wrote a note that i must be contacted between 8h00 to 9h00 in the morning and at 13 to 14h00 in the afternoon due to work related issues so i can direct how to get my parcel. At around 11h49 i saw a call but failed to take it due to work and at 12h52 i returned the call to the driver. He then informed me that he has passed and will not go back, i then requested him to meet my wife to give her the parcel but still he refused, i then suggested that he deliver at my wife's work but still refused.

I called the office and still the office said they won't deliver today. I have no more faith in the courier guy with their unprofessional conduct.
