Bad customer service

Courier guy service is soo bad, I booked for parcels to be picked up on their online site, it was Monday morning they were suppose to pick them up the same day, they didn't. I thought Tuesday they would come they didn't, Wednesday I called them after staying on the line for 25mins they said the driver is out, he will collect. He didn't come, today its Thursday I am calling them I stayed on the line for more than 30 minutes, they said the parcel was pickied up which is a lie because the parcels are still here, she said she will come back to me she didn't when I am trying to call I can't get through.

This so unprofessional and the staff on the phone are unhelpful.
