Bad customer service

Good day, I booked a package with pudo locker to locker. I am long customer and love your service, but unfortunately i have a complaint today. Last night i checked and it said i have time until tonight to put my package in the locker. It is a R150 locker that you just take the money now. I spoke to a Sarah and she told me courier guy get the money and i don't get a service. This is really bad.
