Bad customer service

Lately I have been having issues with courier guy I have been using them as my trusted courier but lately I have been receiving bad customer service on Wednesday I deposited a parcel then yesterday I received a notification that says “collected “ now when I checked the status it says “cancelled “ my client is furious , now I never deposited the parcel.

I phoned in I was told I used a small locker , I need to know where is the parcel.

The service is really unacceptable.
