Bad customer service

The guy called me today at 8am to inform me that he is coming to deliver. And as usual he asked for my address direction, immediately after I told him exactly were I am staying he was already judgemental and threatening me if ever the road to my home is not upto his standard he will not deliver my parcel. At around 4pm he called me to say that he is nearby my home and the road is not upto his standard, but to my surprise other cars where driving past the same road and they did not have any problems. And it wasn't my first time I received parcels via courier service.
