Bad customer service

I hqve been waiting for my parcel for over 3days now. They send all these WhatsApp saying my parcel is out for delivery but come towards the end business hours i get an email saying they couldn't complete delivery.

I'm really disappointed with the courier guy's service.. It really sucks. I personally wouldn't use there services ever again
