Bad customer service

I’ve always had a good customer service in Hatfield The courier guy offices, I usually get assisted by a light skinned lady with a hair cut very friendly and helpful to all customers.

BUT this time around I had a bad experience there was a client who wanted to skip the queue just because she had already written her waybill yet there were people already inside who were 1st in the queue and they were ready to be assisted one of the lady’s there told her to stop arguing about it and not to worry, one of the guys from the back who’s tall and very dark skinned came and printed to be helping people in the queue starting from the back as the lady was after me he then take her parcel, weighed it went to the back did what ever he did there and came back gave the lady her waybill and said she must go and pay he has done everything for her and he said to her see your beauty is working for you.

I was very very disappointed as this was the first time I’ve received such service by The courier guy.
