BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a booking with Pudo 2 weeks ago where I tried to make a deposit but somebody else's parcel was in the locker, so i closed the door which obviously was loaded as I deposit. I immediately reported it so was referred to customer support. Each time I queried when I will get my money refunded in order to deposit the parcel I was given reference numbers and "somebody will call you" I'm still waiting and no refund in my account. I will never use Pudo again. I had to eventually send the parcel via the The Courier Guy normal door to door.
