Bad Customer Service

The Courier Guy Port Shepston Branch South Coast KZN, is the most uninterested branch to help customers or even respond to a email. After them promising me I would have my parcels by Saturday the 21st of December 2024 to day Monday the 23rd of December 6 days after my parcel left JHB I still wait without a reply or phone call from them.They blame every other branch for mistakes except there own branch absolutely shocking service from Courier guy Port Shepston. Today I found out that Port Shepston customers actually drive all the way to the toti branch to send parcels as Port Shepston branch is that bad. This is the 3rd issue I have had with Port Shepston. Hence me now writing this review cause I have now realised Port Shepston is the issue after me speaking to Durban and Toti branches.

They need a new manager Port Shepston seriously.
