Bad courier service

*********** bad courier driver indeed,today his name is Phil he gave me a call to let me know that he has my parcel unfortunately was not around the area I told him ,he said he s gonna be around when I finish I have to call him he ll delivery parcel ,I went to my area then I gave him a call he complained about not having my address I sent him a location ,he came and call me when I went to him he couldn't give me the order,he gave me an excuse that my order was mixed up and that he's knows who took my parcel ,he's gonna come back but he never did ,call him he doesn't pick up my calls ,texted him he ignored my watsapp,I even told him I'm gonna escalate the matter,he rep**** after hours and told me I should do that .he's very bad if it was for me I wouldn t use Skynet unfortunately Shein uses it but what I experienced it's worse ,he even changed his watsapp profile seeing .very disappointed
