Bad courier company

They cannot deliver the parcel at my door step while they agreed to and take the money for delivery.

What is worse is that i called and the Manager did not care. They must not take our parcels if they can't stick to the promise of delivering at the door. That is the main purpose of using a courier for your parcel to be delivered at the Door.

Just give your services to places you are going to deliver at and stop taking our money n still want us to fetch our parcels.
