Bad company with bad drivers

Their customer service is bad! The drivers have attitude and don’t want to deliver parcels if you stay in certain areas. I waited for the driver for full two days so they can deliver my parcel but they didn’t and marked my parcel failed to deliver. On the second day I called the driver myself and he said he will come in 3/4 hours but he didn’t even bother. Around 6pm that day I received an email that he attempted to deliver but failed while I was waiting the whole day and I didn't receive any communication. My parcel was taken back to seller while I waited for it and they failed to deliver!!
