Bad company to ship stuff with, they always have excuses.

The courier Guy have been getting worse by the day. The collecting parcels and gets it damage during the transport from the shop to the warehouse and blames the customer for not sealing the box properly. we have been shipping the same product every week for clients. b4 this they have lost parcels, not collecting parcels and also have written notes on the system that is not true.
