Bad communication from Courier Guy

I have sent a parcel on the 7-09-2026 and today is the 16-09-2026 and still I get no feedback where my parcel is, after numerous attempts to chat to a agent on whatsapp, they cannot tell me where my parcel is. My Waybill nr is LL-WPCLYX. I have sent food products in this parcel that has probably gone bad now after a week already! Their communication is really bad and I will not make use of them again. Rather use any other courier company!
