Bad communication and dissatisfaction.

Parcel booked early Monday morning locker to locker. Got a notification this morning at 6 that it’s being delivered, just to go check that it has been sent back to the hub at 16:40. Courier guy doesn’t have any explanation, not answering phones. I booked it early Monday morning because it’s an parcel that i need as soon as possible.
