Bad client experience

Order number BT113887 from Bathu . I ordered 2 pair of shoes from Bathu and only received 1pair and they sent me an email to say they have delivered the items and when I try to contact them I can’t I don’t get assistance no one is helping me with anything and even Bathu is not assisting I’ve sent them emails and WhatsApp tried to call them but nothing and they say the items have been delivered to me of which I only got one item even on the waybill it says 1of1
