BAD BEHAVIOUR AND LIES FROM COURIER GUY DRIVERS

I was waiting for the parcel to be delivered and all of a sudden i get a message saying my parcel could not be delivered due to there was no one to receive the parcel, I did not get any call neither did the guy come to my place. This is absurd and the lie that The courier Guy is proud to accept without doing investigation is uphauling. This is how businesses suffer and die because the people meant to make our business prosper are failing us
