BAD BAD SERVICE

Please explain to me, if I book a collection for 2x Drums that need to be transported to Tulbagh in the Cape - WHY ON EARTH would The Courier Guy only collect 1 DRUM?? and then the second drum on another vehicle???? I cannot use the 1 drum only - I need BOTH of them in order for our men to continue with our project at our customer site. Now, we look bad. I now have to explain to EVERYONE why the men are standing onsite, with nothing to do. This is ridiculous.
