Bad bad service

Saturday,16th of November 2024 I was at one of their lockers to drop off a parcel and I kept getting an error at the machine.Same day I send a complaint and I was promised a driver will be assigned to pick up the parcel. Today I am told they can't allocate a driver they can refund,after few minuted I am told their technicians don't pick up anything wrong on Saturday so they won't refund. I send pictures of me by the machine with the error I was getting but they telling me about technicians who failed to make sure their machine is working.Im so disappointed to say the least.And it's 2nd time I had to deal with their lockers not functioning properly.I use their servec often coz I'm running a small business, now they ****ming me the lil money I'm making to feed my family.Its unacceptable.
